Pune-based HR professional Mayur Bhongale has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate and the Excellence in Human Resource Award by Thames International University, Paris, recognizing his outstanding contributions to human resource development and organizational leadership.

The prestigious accolade was presented at a ceremonial event held in Mumbai earlier this week. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at BEIL Infrastructure, Bhongale brings over 20 years of expertise in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and building high-performance work cultures.
